I cut some hairs off. I went to New York City by myself and had more fun than you can shake a stick at. I have been swimming in the river and harvesting armloads of garlic and holding my stomach with laughter at the things my kid says. I have been feeling really, really lucky to be me these days. The boys and I fly to Maine tomorrow, and I feel lucky about that too.
